When I read the memorial section(some I knew about many I didn't) I felt terrible saddness for losing these people who I saw most every day from K-12 espically the Elliot kids.  I think about and have had dreams over the years where a SLP person will pop into my dream.  Thank you for all the great memories.  Michelle

Thanks to the committee for doing an awesome job of planning and working our 50th re-union.  While I wa skeptical of the venue, it worked perfect.  It was great seeing 200 of my good looking classmates.  Also, thank you for posting the Elementary class reunion photos in photo albums.

SLP "peeps"! What a wonderful night it was!
I am purposfully writting this note in orange AND in large font due to all the "I need my glasses." comments I witnessed. lol Your welcome.

I want to share how thrilling it was for me to once again experience the bond the class of '72 embraces. The acceptance, connection, respect and ease of "picking up where we left off", is truely a gift that many high school students do not cultivate. We Do! SLP Rocks! ( oh....there goes the cheerleader in me)
I don't know about you, but my mind is swirling with all the faces of the past, updates and so much fun!! Wish we had another day to strengthen our connections as adults....but still act like kids.
If you were at the reunion last night, thank you. Know that you made someones' day.
A HUGE  THANK YOU to the reunion committee!!!! Kerry, Kim, Pam, Cookie, Gretch...who am I missing? You guys are awesome!!

Please stay in touch and thank you for a memorable evening.

Love ya,

Laura "Jake"

Ok I was wrong, I admit it. I said there's not that many people I'd remember because I wasn't very social back in the day. Well I had a blast! very good time mixed with the memorials of the friends that have passed.  Got some new signatures in my year book. The Reunion Team did a wonderful job and deserve a big round of applause. They will be hard pressed to top this event Dean Gallaway

After High School went to Israel to work on a Kibbutz. Returned home and worked at Northwestern Bell for a year, then worked for the Minneapolis Public Schools for 30 years and retired from there in 2002.  I and my wife of 20 years,  were out of work for a year,  and now she has a great job and I work for Walmart.
Looking forward to seeing classmates at the reunion.
