Hello Fellow Boomers, Time Travelers & Graduates of '72! If you are reading this, you have successfully survived wars, civil conflict, break-ins, impeachments, computer crashes, recessions, pandemics, wildfires and even the Academy Awards. I appologize for not staying in touch over these fleeting 50 years. Writing, Emailing, Face Paging, Tweeting, Snap Chatting, Twerking, Tick-Tocking...No excuses, but as in my case, I am sure that your time was filled with love, life, family, and fortune. Some lost and some regained. If we do not get a chance to visit at the reunion, I can only say that I will remember and speak of you kindly. I sincerely wish that all of your futures are filled with good health, great happiness, and ongoing joy. To quote a song at the end of one of my favorite movies: "We'll meet again. Don't know where. Don't know when. But I know we'll meet again some sunny day." Mike B

I graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1976 and taught high school math for four years at the Academy of the Holy Angels in Richfield and also coached varsity softball for three years. I enlisted in the MN Army National Guard in 1978 where I served for six years in the reserves. My next career was with Prudential where I primarily worked as a Group Insurance Underwriter for 13 1/2 years, being laid off when the office closed in 1994. My last career was the longest and most interesting. That gave me the chance to travel to Europe and Mexico numerous times. I retired in September 2019 as a Senior Account Manager for MotivAction in Plymouth. I had worked there for 24 years coordinating meetings & incentive trips as a third party meeting planner. I continue to be active in the Order of the Eastern Star (a fraternal organization for men & women connected to Free Masons & Shriners). I just finished serving as the presiding officer for Minnesota. Our chapter in St. Louis Park has been involved with Parktacular and the Holiday Train. I enjoy golf, biking, pickleball, cross country skiing and camping. |

I have lived on Sugar Lake, which is about 50 miles northwest of SLP, for the past 30 years. 3 boys are all out of college. Plan to continue practicing at my small firm for the foreseeable future.
